Volunteering at Oak Grove

Everyone who will have contact with students at school must be Tier 1 approved and must be fingerprinted and cleared before they can volunteer at Oak Grove.  You only have to be cleared once. 

                                         Steps to becoming a tier one volunteer

 Fingerprinting and Live Scan

You will need a valid Drivers License/Passport and other identifying information entered through the secure server below.

Check with the front office after two weeks to see if your fingerprints have cleared

After completing all the steps above, Oak Grove Office Staff will issue a volunteer badge to be worn visibly
on campus at all times.

Once the above application is completed, a Livescan form will be automatically sent to you. Take this to one of the Livescan

centers to complete the Fingerprinting process. *The cost of the fingerprinting will not be covered by the school.

Then complete a Volunteer form located in the Oak Grove Office.
